WHAT TO EXPECT

We offer private individualized sessions as well as community style acupuncture.

• Be sure to have all of your intake forms filled out online or arrive 15 minutes early.

• Eat something 1-2 hours before your appointment, but try to avoid large meals just prior to your visit.

• Wear loose clothes that can be easily rolled up to your elbows and knees. Top sheets are provided when necessary.

• Do not drink alcohol or caffeine prior to your appointment.

• Avoid rigorous exercise before and after your treatment.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS: no cost if covered by Oregon insurance and you have an open claim. Includes the driver and often any passengers.

INSURANCE - Currently we do not bill insurance companies other than for motor vehicle accidents. We can, however, provide you with a form that includes your diagnosis and necessary information for you to submit to your insurance. Although many insurance companies do cover acupuncture, what they are willing to pay for remains limited. We suggest you contact your insurance provider prior to your visit to address any questions you have about your coverage.
